Hey there!

Hey there, my name is Shemika, and let me just say this. Ever since I was a little girl, creativity has always been my passion. My first experience was when I was in 5th grade; I would draw out all types of things from characters to fashion design. My teacher, Ms. Singer, would always teach us how to embrace ourselves through our creativity. I would always come home and show my mom and dad what I made or created. During my grade school years, I would receive all types of rewards and recognition for my artwork.

However, when life passed by and as I grew older, I somehow down the line left that passion of art behind (when in fact it was the part that made me happy where I could embrace myself). Now coming back to it, I made my mind up from this day forward to never abandon the things that made me happy.
